We are the world’s first and only manufacturer of halloysite-based emergency dressings designed to save lives in critical bleeding situations. Our patented manufacturing process for the SpeedM® Emergency Hemostatic Dressing and the development of our products take place in Germany. This ensures reliable production, storage, and transportation capacities.

Founded in 2017 and supported by European ERDF funds, we pride ourselves on our commitment to quality, precision, and process control. Our core competence lies in mineral processing and refinement, which we utilize to engineer advanced medical technologies for treating acute bleeding wounds.

Speed Care Mineral proudly manufactures 100% in Germany, with production and storage across seven locations to ensure supply chain stability. We have additional ground transportation capacity for up to 15 million units of SpeedM® annually and are the sole manufacturer of emergency hemostatic dressings within the EU, serving all 27 member states with over 450 million inhabitants, free from customs and duties.
